We had an amazing week at Cityscape Global in Riyadh, where our Senior Design Principal, Paul Rodgers; and Design Principal, Lukasz Wawrzenczyk, took to the stage.

Paul led a lively debate on ‘Urban Heights,’ arguing against the motion: ‘Low-Rise Buildings Represent a More Sustainable and Community-Oriented Alternative to Skyscrapers.’ Joining him were Dr. Antony Wood, as Chair, along with industry experts Mohammed Al Mohammadi from Retal, Maxime Laroussi from Urban Agency, and Marina Khoury from DPZ CoDESIGN.

Lukasz delivered the keynote speech, “Gen Z is Changing the World — New-Age Retail Environments”, sharing insights into this generation's influence on the retail landscape.

A key highlight of the show was our collaborative exhibition. Together with Egis’ Architecture Line firms, we showcased our global design through landmark projects from 10 Design, WW+P Architects, and FIA - Fenwick Iribarren Architects, as well as impressive regional works by U+A and Omrania.
