José Cláudio Silva, Design Principal in our Singapore studio, recently sat down with Robb Report Singapore to share his vision on creating high-end properties in space-constrained cities like Singapore, integrating local culture within design, and the shift in luxury design from goods to experiential.

“Travellers are becoming more intentional about what they spend, where they spend it, and what they spend it on. Luxury is also perceived in different ways by different cultures.
