We’re excited to share that Converge Group's ambitious 130-hectare Pampanga Tech City Master Plan is now underway, at North of Manila, Philippines! 10 Design Singapore, led by Principals Peter Barrett and José Cláudio Silva, is spearheading the planning and architecture, collaborating closely with Egis engineers to deliver a cutting-edge incubation hub for the country's future tech entrepreneurs.

This groundbreaking initiative is set to transform the local tech landscape, fostering innovation, and driving growth in the Philippines' burgeoning digital economy.

The tech city is envisioned as a thriving hub for technological innovation and collaboration, featuring one of the largest data centers in the region. It will be home to the corporate headquarters of Converge, along with training institutes, housing facilities, and a versatile event space designed to attract leading tech companies and top talent from across the country.
